Kevin O’Connor, Founder, FindTheBest and DoubleClick
Kevin has been a tech entrepreneur and investor for over 30 years. He most recently is the founder and CEO of FindTheBest, a research engine with detailed information on thousands of topics. Kevin founded Internet advertising-technology giant, DoubleClick, in 1995.
DoubleClick was acquired by Google in 2007 for $3.1 billion.
Prior to DoubleClick, Kevin founded and served as vice president of research for Intercomputer Communications Corporation (ICC), which was acquired by DCA in 1992. He remained with DCA as the vice president of research until 1995.
Craig Harris, Founder, HG Data and NOZA
Craig graduated from UCSB in 1995, was drawn to the non-profit sector and joined the Peace Corps. He later returned to Santa Barbara and worked for several years as a consultant helping philanthropies with their fundraising.
Craig then founded NOZA to convert unstructured public data into the world’s largest research database of philanthropy data which today is used by thousands of nonprofit organizations. NOZA was acquired by Blackbaud CRM in 2010. Craig then founded HG Data Company and serves as its CEO. HG Data is a business intelligence service used by marketing and sales teams at hundreds of enterprise technology companies. HG’s Big Data platform processes billions of unstructured documents each day tobuild an increasingly detailed profiling of the enterprise technology marketplace. HG recently closed a second venture round with Santa Barbara venture funds and angels.
