Mark Dickey, Vice President of Executive Engagement at Salesforce

Mark is the Vice President of Executive Engagement in Higher Education for Salesforce.org, the philanthropic arm of Salesforce. For over ten years, Mark has worked with many leading innovative universities to achieve transformational change and growth using the Salesforce platform. In his current role, he is responsible for sharing these best practices with senior administrators across North America.

Before joining Salesforce.org, Mark held senior sales leadership positions at various high tech companies including Polycom, FORE Systems, and Cisco.

Mark and his family have a deep history in California dating back over four generations.

Mark earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.


Deborah Gladney, CEO and Co-Founder of QuickHire, a workforce development community for skilled/service labor workers.

Deborah is a serial entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience designing communication strategies and programs.

Deborah has managed stakeholder engagement, media relations, reputation/issues management and strategic positioning for a host of organizations in a variety of environments, including agency, corporate and nonprofit.


Angela Muhwezi-Hall, COO and Co-Founder of QuickHire, a workforce development community for skilled/service labor workers.

Angela is a seasoned career and educational advisement professional with nearly a decade of experience helping people discover and advance in their careers.

Prior to QuickHire, Angela ran various career programs at some of the nation’s top institutions, including the University of Southern California.



Albert Candari, Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer at Spiff.

Albert Candari is a Co-Founder of Spiff, where he serves as Chief Experience Officer. Spiff, a FinTech startup, builds a commission planning and design platform designed to automate commissions and motivate sales teams.  Since its founding in 2018, Spiff has maintained a strong trajectory with an average of 700% ARR growth. Previously, Albert led the Product Design organization for Instructure, leading to its successful IPO.  His team was instrumental in crafting flagship SaaS products for Instructure, focusing on innovating learning and performance management. Successful adopters of their products include key innovators such as Tesla, OpenTable, Slack, Solar City, SpaceX, Peloton and 400 plus companies.

Experiencing and seeing poverty firsthand during his childhood, Albert recently spearheaded the “Spiff Up” initiative, pledging 1% of the company’s revenue to philanthropic projects.  Spiff’s recent project was a partnership with Mak Impact in Madagascar. This project aims to help families break from the cycle of poverty through funding education for underprivileged children.


Jeremy Norberg, Co-Founder and President at Assemble, Inc.

Jeremy has spent an entire career joining talented people and fresh ideas to form one-of-a-kind companies. He currently leads the team at Assemble, a Software Consultancy that helps retail clients increase sales and decrease expenses by using data and automation.

Before Assemble, Jeremy co-founded All Widgets, a Seattle-based social software agency. He has worked with Fortune 100 companies to startups, including Apple, Visa, CNN, Hallmark, and William-Sonoma. Before venturing into startups, Jeremy spent 14 years at Apple learning how to bring insanely great products to market.
